Description:

The KWUP Project in Kwinana, WA, is the biggest cement product manufacturing facility in WA. The project includes integrating the FPA Kwinana Bulk Terminal, constructing a 110,000-tonne storage shed, installing two 100-tonne per hour ball mill grinding circuits and setting up six 3,200-tonne finished product silos with truck loading.

Aspect Scope:

Aspect was initially engaged as the clients engineer to oversee all design and engineering deliverables. Aspect became a project partner providing a full integrated project team including construction management, engineering, contract administration, project controls and commissioning.
